Refund policy

We want you to love your Tiny Bad Habits pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

14-day right to return — As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To start a return, email us at khourytiffany@gmail.com with your order number within that 14-day window.

Condition of returned items — Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. As everything is handmade, small natural variations in beads, colour, and shape are part of the charm and are not considered faults.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the full price of the item(s) to your original payment method within 14 days, and email you to confirm.

Return shipping — Unless an item arrived faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is covered by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or incorrect items — If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us at khourytiffany@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
