Refund policy

We want you to love your Tiny Bad Habits pieces. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

14-day right to cancel — As an EU consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email khourytiffany@gmail.com with your order number within that window (or use this withdrawal form). You then have 14 days to send the item back.

Condition — Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if it's been handled beyond that. Everything is handmade, so small variations in beads, colour, and shape are part of the charm, not faults. Custom or personalised pieces can't be returned.

Return shipping — You cover return postage unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Use a tracked service; we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds — We'll refund the item price and standard delivery to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or your proof of postage), and email you to confirm.

Faulty or incorrect items — If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including all shipping. Your statutory rights under the EU legal guarantee (2 years) are unaffected.
